Malls are going to be gone soon, and good riddance to these city-destroying temples of consumption. Buying everything from Amazon.com is clearly better for society, if by "society" you mean sitting alone staring at glowing screen and clicking a mouse.

When I am old and crotchety (more so) I'll be telling the kids that in the bad old days, people who didn't like to shop had to sit at a bar and watch the game while their partners and friends shopped. Progress!
