An older friend of mine used to work for ArAmCo, building refineries in the 60's. He said to never buy a used car, particularly a Mercedes-Benz, in Saudi Arabia, because the women would drive them to go shopping and leave them running all day to keep the A/C going. I guess if you have enough money, you can make your own rules?
