It wasn’t the White House, it wasn’t the State Department, it wasn’t father LaVar’s so-called people on the ground in China that got his son out of a long term prison sentence – IT WAS WEEK 12. Too bad!

  1. He added that he has no plans to halt the promotion after the Packers' offensive power outage.

"Wisconsinites and Packers fans are at least somewhat responsible," Bell said.

Christ, I hope he's making up for it in food sales. Or that he's got a trust fund.

  2. And:

The Steelers are up next for the Packers. Pittsburgh is allowing only 16.5 points per game to rank second in the NFL but also has allowed first-quarter points in six of its 10 games and hasn't shut out an opponent since 2011.

Glad my team will keep this pub owner solvent after all. Fuck.

  3. Went to a large Thanksgiving gathering and met (randomly) a guy who went to my high school, graduated same year I did, knew lots of people I knew, and yet we'd never met. He's now a bigshot lawyer with his own firm, but nice.

There were 660 people in our graduating class, but still…

    1. That's bigger than the village I live in. I don't know more than about 20 people here, including the rez to the south and the subdivisions to the north that all share the same zip code.

        1. Heck, I'm in the 2nd largest county in CA with the 7th smallest population. By people per square mile, we're the 2nd least populated. I don't do well with crowds.

  4. Shout-out to the Couchgoats for having 4 starters all shit the bed yesterday while Marvin Jones scored 28.9 on the bench. Glad my week 13 is against a Drumpf for a basically guaranteed playoff spot with a win because I think Cally's the favorite this week.
