Just spent six days in the 7 X 7 mi. gated community doing evidence based medicine conference. I adore the climate to no end. But even from here in juiced up Northern Virginia, the housing is prohibitive in the Bay Area. Mrs. Xmas and I are trying to figure out a way to get there. As the great extemporanus once noted, a ground tremor may be the only thing to bring the housing prices back from the stratosphere.
