I have tried watching each of the first three in the series, while channel surfing cable TeeVee. They are all fucking AWFUL. I have never been able to last more than five minutes, usually far less. The story as far as I can tell, is banal, the writing and dialog even worse, the acting stinks (yes, there is ZERO chemistry between those two) and even the one potential selling point for late night cable- the sex scenes- are so bland vanilla as to be a soporific. Unless the books were some completely different creature, I just don't get it.
Never understood the appeal of the 50 Shades of Whatever in the first place.
Same here. Also those two clearly have zero chemistry and also too neither has any charisma on their own.
