I read an article on Forbes this morning (I can't find it now, natch) that claims Amazon's effect on commercial real estate has cost 45* about $400M in value, which could be part of why he's attacking him of late. That, and the WaPo not pushing his agenda.

But those parts are especially funny. The beginning chapters are hilarious. The mates are full of snark.
