Really? Really? How many cyclists were killed by airplanes? Passenger trains? My guess is approximately zero, because railroad locomotives and taxiing airplanes operate within defined spaces. Whereas the assumption with cars is that everybody who isn't a car had better get the fuck out my way or they're guilty of jaywalking, even if they're on the sidewalk or median, with their fancy Spandex® and ventilated cranium baffles in brilliant colors, and their calves like cantaloupes. You know Obama probably rode a bike and they just don't treat me fairly at CNN. I never watch them, I was watching yesterday…"
