So the guy who has the Coke franchise for Florida is looking to automate, meaning what–self-driving delivery trucks? Who's going to put the fizzy sugar-water on the shelves at the 7/11?
And the AT&T guy says 20 percent of his workers are in the call centers. I can report from personal experience that 80 percent of those people know less about Telecom technology than I do. So maybe if he said more or trained the people he's got, they'd get more business.
Oh wait, they have monopolies and can charge whatever they want. Never mind.
