Oh man, what a blast from the past! The main stage announcer is a dear old friend of mine, Dallas Dobro, DJ from KFAT and KPIG years ago. He still works the Strawberry Festival, too.
I got to know 7 or 8 of the radio personalities from those stations, and am still in near daily contact with 4 or 5 of them. Back when a DJ could stack a set of music into a work of art itself.
