I was a member of one in Nevada. I got my money's worth for quite awhile. Then they got bought out, and the new owners told me I had to wear shoes. With all the foot problems I've had over the years, shoes just hurt too much. I offered to wear socks with my sandals, but that wasn't good enough. Oh well.
Bonus: This particular club was also frequented by the ladies from the nearby brothels.
