It's getting to be time for me and my neighbors to call the cops on the asshole across the street who leaves his german shepard out on his porch to bark, bark bark at anything within 100 meters. Talking to the guy multiple times, nicely, didn't work. Yelling at him toe to toe didn't work. There are not bad dogs, only bad owners.
Thankfully, no. Both he and his wife are in high end auto sales or finance. Hard to keep up, used to be Mercedes and Lexus. They live right on the edge of the Regional Park and have German Shepherds, though.
