I grew up in NJ and started rooting for them when I was 13, in 1978 (because fuck the yankees), but I’m sure if I was in Greater Boston, half of the sox fans would get on my nerves too. The Pats didn’t win anything pre-Bellichick, so their success has been about as long as the sox’ under the current ownership.>
