  1. The agriculture groups, along with the 21 Attorneys General, also worried that the plan could set the stage for similar EPA action to clean up watersheds like the Mississippi — a river that cuts through prime agricultural regions.

    Only in the Objectivist hellscape that modern Right Wing legal theory has become could "restoring America's critically endangered watersheds" be seen as a bad thing.

  2. But it's pig shit. Organic, in other words, like bear scat. So what's the problem if somebody just lets, say, two million gallons of it leak out from the dam on a pig "farm" at some point upstream from the Bay?
