He could sail through the nomination fine, but he would absolutely flame out in the General. I'm worried about Kasich. He's got a cheerful, easygoing way of explaining away evil and the temperament to do a lot of it. I don't think he'd get past the Base lunatics in the Republican primaries, though.
Kasich has no chance. He'd be absolutely terrifying if he won, but he has approximately the same name recognition to the general public as Martin O'Malley.

Every one of these potential R nominees give me the Willies but I'm picking up a brutal Dead Zone vibe from both Walker and Cruz . IMHO, anyone who states that it's God's Plan for him to achieve the Presidency of the US of A should be instantaneously disqualified & put under Observation.

Cruz might be a good thing for us if he was the nominee, there's no way he even comes close. Walker's honestly scarier to me, but while he's probably the best on the GOP side on paper, I'm not sure Walker knows how to play optimally as Walker.
I personally think Cruz is running 2016 for money, exposure and practice (*shudder*) for later runs to the top. Christie is running for Attorney General (*retch*) in the Bush Administration. Jeb! is running because it's His Turn and his bastard younger brother stole his spot. Walker's running because he's a dangerous crank who wants to bring on the End Times. Trump's running because he's an asshole who's found a perfect home as the Lord of the Party of the Assholes. Fiorina and all the others just have delusions of grandeur and their bubbles will pop sooner than not.

I can't see the present government holding up under these brutal international economic sanctions. What Greece needs is an organized, highly motivated new party, with…with a charismatic leader! A stirring public speaker who really understands how the country was betrayed and that can rally the masses to join in a great nationalist – no – a National Socialist Party!
