Right. I just want it to be move-in ready, no major flaws. I'm still gonna lose my ass on it. I haven't had it appraised, but neighborhood comps have been about 1/3 what I have invested in it. Oh well, it's outlived it's usefulness, and I'm not cut out for multiple home ownership like some common McCain.
Who knew that real estate would turn out to be such a shit investment? At least you know how many properties you own, unlike Some People.
