    1. Here:

      April 1st – 76 degrees F.
      April 7th – 30 degrees F.
      April 17th – 80 degrees F

      Yeah, perfectly normal.
It's 77 degrees here, right now. A tough thing to complain about, except that I know were this is going…

      1. We're heading into the 90's today for the first time in 2016. I'm getting a new roof installed on my garage, one more thing out of the way so I can sell this dump. Next, stucco repairs and paint, and a "for sale" sign…

          1. Right. I just want it to be move-in ready, no major flaws. I'm still gonna lose my ass on it. I haven't had it appraised, but neighborhood comps have been about 1/3 what I have invested in it. Oh well, it's outlived it's usefulness, and I'm not cut out for multiple home ownership like some common McCain.

          2. In our x-country trips we used to make sport of translating abject hovels into Real-Estate Speak:

Beautiful, expansive water views feature in this charming all-original historic home. 2 cozy br, 1 outside bath, natural skylight. State-of-the-art antique solid-fueled kitchen stove. Some upgrades needed. TLC, paint & landscaping & you'll have you're own little piece of heaven!

          3. You want to see somebody get fuming mad? Tell a homeowner that it is possible to lose money on residential real estate. They still hate to face it.

  1. ZOMGWTFBBQ! It's 130 west of Vancouver, but only 50 just northwest of that!

The numbers go up as you go west and north, what does it mean!?!?
