"…nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself…"
The HuffPo:
As part of the couple’s divorce proceedings, Ivana Trump’s lawyers asked him under oath about his dealings with other women and whether he had been faithful to his wife.
Instead of answering, Donald Trump invoked his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination. Over the course of five depositions that summer, he was asked approximately 100 questions related to marital infidelity. He pleaded the Fifth on 97 of them.
Since divorce is a civil proceeding, we can only conclude that Trump must have committed criminal acts concurrent with the adultery. Adultery is a rarely-enforced Class B misdemeanor. My guess is that Trump was having sex with underaged Dominican rentboys, but you're welcome to draw your own conclusions.
I didn't know that you could plead the fifth in a divorce case.
You didn't have to disclose that.

Well, "civil" can mean a lot of things. Can we keep things civil here?

"civil" war. You know, with tea and biscuits.

Criminal engineering. I guess we've all seen examples of that, too.
Like in Ocean's Eleven?
…or maybe the Tacoma Narrows Bridge? Criminally negligent?
Are nuts and bolts still detaching themselves from the new Bay Bridge?
I've learned not to ask. Weej?
Don't even get him started on what he likes about Talmudic Law.
Code of Hammurabi or GTFO.
