Why do all these cops look like such tightly-wrapped nerve trunks? Watching "60 Minutes" last night (my solemn obligation as an Old) and seeing these DOJ and DHS guys who "got" El Chapo, with their skinnned heads and lips drawn back, I had to wonder: can't we have cops who want to be social workers and make the world a better place?
